Fresh herbs are grown on site in Solstice’s herb garden, and used to compliment each dish and enhance its flavor profile.  Complementing our food will be unique, hand-crafted cocktails from the bar, or a glass of wine from some of the world’s fantastic boutique wineries.

Collectively, our four partners bring close to 50 years of experience in the industry, and as active members of the restaurant, they are personally responsible for each diner’s experience. Working alongside some of Edmonton’s finest industry professionals, they will strive to make sure your night out is an experience you will never forget.
